The school accepts students from 6 weeks to 4 years of age.
Registration is year round. A completed application must be filled out and payment of the non refundable Annual Registration Fee ($50) is due at the time of registration and every January renewal. This covers costs of your handbook, required paperwork, materials fees and time for your tour/meeting with your child to ensure a good fit.
Your child's spot is secured and is enrolled to start on the contracted date once the following are complete: family‘s enrollment paperwork is completed and accepted, the registration fee is paid and a non refundable deposit of 2 weeks tuition and your first month’s payment (due prior to your child’s start date) are received. Your 2 weeks deposit holds your child's spot; as such we turn other clients away. If you decide not to enroll, this deposit will not be refunded for that reason. If you do enroll it is applied to your last two weeks tuition so long as you follow the terms of your contract. Once you are enrolled we ask that you provide 90 days notice for any changes or termination to your contract. If you find you need to change your schedule, we are happy to accommodate you if it is possible. To ensure a good fit we offer half day playdates ( for a fee --see our rates) where you and your little can join in on our daily activities. We encourage you to arrange several of these playdates prior to signing on to be sure our program is right for you and your little.
All families must sign an Enrollment & Acknowledgment Agreement, which outlines their responsibilities to the school and the school’s responsibilities to the family. All admission and enrollment forms must be completed and accounts must be current prior to your child’s first day of attendance and/or the first day of the new school year.
